All orders placed on this platform are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are in Ghana Cedis (₵) and include applicable taxes.
- Payment is processed securely via Paystack.
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment verification.
- SPK BEAM reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability.
2. Pickup & Delivery
- In-store pickup requires a valid 6-digit pickup code (SPK-XXX-XXX).
- Pickup codes are valid for 7 days from order date.
- You must present a valid ID matching your order details.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary.
3. Returns & Refunds
- Products may be returned within 7 days of purchase if unused and in original packaging.
- Electrical and electronic parts (LED bulbs, sensors) are non-refundable once opened.
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

4. SPK Rewards (Loyalty Points)
- Points are earned at a rate of 1 point per ₵4 spent on paid orders.
- 100 points = ₵1.00 discount at checkout.
- Points expire after 12 months of account inactivity.
- Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
5. Privacy Policy
We collect your name, phone, and email solely to process your order and provide customer support. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.
- Payment data is handled by Paystack — we never store card details.
- Your phone number may be used to send order updates via WhatsApp.
- You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us.
