All orders placed through the eStore are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are shown in Ghana Cedis (₵) and include applicable taxes.

• Payment is processed securely via Paystack.
• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment verification.
• SPK BEAM reserves the right to cancel an order if stock becomes unavailable.

• In-store pickup requires a valid 6-digit pickup code (SPK-XXX-XXX).
• Pickup codes are valid for 7 days from the order date.
• A valid ID matching the order details must be presented for pickup.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary.

• Eligible products may be returned within 7 days of purchase if unused and in the original packaging.
• Electrical and electronic parts, including LED bulbs and sensors, are non-refundable once opened.
• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
• Use the contact options below to begin a return request.

• Earn 1 point for every ₵4 spent on paid orders.
• 100 points = ₵1.00 discount at checkout.
• Points expire after 12 months of account inactivity.
• Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

We collect your name, phone number and email to process orders and provide customer support. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.

• Payment data is handled by Paystack; SPK BEAM does not store your card details.
• Your phone number may be used to send order updates through WhatsApp.
• You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us.
